Give each age division an identifiable entrant list before judging starts. Keep child and guardian details together, then filter Registration in Google Sheets instead of separating contestants and contact messages by hand.
Place each child in a division
An undivided entry list makes age-group judging harder. Registration separates 3–7 years from 8–14 years and shows the fee for the selected division.
Keep the guardian beside the entrant
A child’s entry is difficult to follow up without the responsible adult. Collect Child’s Name with Parent / Guardian Name, phone and email in one registration.
Prepare a roster for each division
Judges need entrants grouped before the contest begins. Filter Registration in Google Sheets and share each division’s child names with the organizing team.

We utilized Neartail to make our ordering form more robust within Google Forms. I liked everything about Neartail! I especially love that I can cancel until I need it again in a few months. Most other platforms require annual and I just don't use it enough for that. I loved how easy it was to set up a simple website with a professional appearance for our temporary merchandise site. I'm not technical so building something from scratch would have been impossible and we are a small NFP without budget to have a website built for us.
